Every price is already on this page.
You can see what a session costs before you speak to anybody. Fees are per session and fixed in writing before the date is held. They cover the preparation as well as the day itself. If the session doesn't land, you get the fee back.
Group size sets the price, because that's what changes the work.
Groups of 26 and over include a second facilitator, and 51 and over a third. Fees are per session, not per day.

How it works on paper.
The guarantee
If you decide the session wasn't worth the fee, tell me within seven days and it's refunded in full, deposit included.
Deposit
50% holds the date. The balance is due within 14 days of the session.
Cancellation
Deposit refunded beyond 14 days, retained inside 14 days, full fee inside 48 hours.
Purchase orders
Send the PO number with the booking and it goes on the invoice. 30-day terms are fine for public sector and larger organisations.
Insurance
£5m public liability and £1m professional indemnity. Certificates sent before the session.
